Usage Note
Estructural is an invariable adjective (same form for m/f: el cambio estructural / la reforma estructural). It is common in economics, politics, linguistics, and engineering. The phrase paro estructural ('structural unemployment') contrasts with cyclical unemployment. Do not confuse with estructurado ('structured, organized'), which describes the result of structuring something.
