Eslavo refers to anything relating to the Slavic peoples, languages, or cultures of Eastern Europe. As an adjective it modifies nouns (lenguas eslavas, Slavic languages); as a noun it denotes a Slavic person (los eslavos, the Slavs). The feminine form is eslava. Note the initial e- before the cluster sl-, which is standard in Spanish for words beginning with sl-.
