Usage Note

Entrenador refers to a sports coach or fitness trainer. The feminine form is entrenadora. In a gym context it can also be called instructor/instructora. Do not confuse with conductor (driver) or director (manager) — the root entrenar (to train) keeps the meaning unambiguous.
