distracted
Usage Note
Distraído is the past participle of distraer used as an adjective. It describes either a momentary state (estar distraído = to be distracted right now) or a habitual personality trait (ser distraído = to be an absent-minded person). The ser/estar distinction is important: es muy distraído = he is naturally absent-minded; está distraído = he is distracted at the moment. The noun is distracción.
