Disolver has the stem change o→ue in stressed forms (disuelvo, disuelve). It applies to dissolving a substance in liquid (disolver azúcar en agua), disbanding an organisation (disolver el parlamento), or breaking up a crowd. The adjective disuelto is the irregular past participle.
