air-conditioned

Usage Note

Condicionado is the past participle of condicionar ('to make conditional') used as an adjective; it agrees in gender and number (ayuda condicionada). In a behavioural sense it echoes Pavlovian conditioning: reflejo condicionado ('conditioned reflex'). Do not confuse it with acondicionado (from acondicionar), as in aire acondicionado ('air conditioning').
