Arreglado is the past participle of arreglar used as an adjective, covering both 'tidy/well-dressed' (iba muy arreglado — he was very smartly dressed) and 'repaired/sorted' (ya está arreglado — it's fixed now). The ironic exclamation ¡Estamos arreglados! means 'We're done for!' or 'We're in a fine mess!' — a false friend of its literal meaning.
