Usage Note
Alcanzado is the past participle of alcanzar ('to reach, to achieve') used as an adjective. With estar it describes a state: el objetivo ha sido alcanzado ('the goal has been reached'). In some Latin American varieties estar alcanzado can informally mean 'to be broke or out of funds', a usage not shared in Spain.
