Usage Note
Tuareg refers to the Tuareg people of the Sahara and Sahel, or to things belonging to their culture. It can be used as an adjective (pueblo tuareg, Tuareg people) or as a noun (los tuareg, the Tuaregs). The word is invariable in Spanish — no -s is added for the plural: los tuareg, not los tuaregs.
