Taurino describes anything related to bullfighting or the bull: el mundo taurino is 'the world of bullfighting', una corrida taurina is a bullfight. Outside tauromachy it can appear in biology (bovine/taurine) but that use is rare in Spanish. The noun tauro refers to the zodiac sign Taurus. Note the double vowel au is pronounced as a diphthong: tah-oo.
