Usage Note

Reglado is the past participle of reglar used as an adjective, meaning subject to rules and official regulation. Enseñanza reglada (regulated education, i.e. the official state school system) is the most common fixed phrase and contrasts with educación no reglada (non-formal education). Outside this educational collocation it is uncommon.
