Obsesivo can function as both adjective and noun: un obsesivo del orden ('someone obsessively tidy'). It frequently appears in clinical contexts (trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo, OCD) but is equally common in informal speech to describe intense fixations. The adverb form is obsesivamente.
