Milagrosamente is derived from milagro (miracle) and is used when an outcome seemed impossible or against the odds. It is common in news reporting — milagrosamente, nadie resultó herido (miraculously, no one was injured). It functions as a sentence adverb as well as a verb modifier, and its register ranges from journalistic to colloquial.
