Lógica functions both as the academic discipline (formal logic) and as everyday reasoning ('that makes sense'). The adjective is lógico/lógica, and lógicamente means 'logically' or, colloquially, 'obviously'. The phrase no tiene lógica ('it makes no sense') is very common in casual speech across all Spanish-speaking countries.
