juvenil
youthful, juvenile
adjective hoo-beh-NEEL Less Common

Usage Note
Juvenil is invariable for gender (el equipo juvenil / la moda juvenil) — only number changes (juveniles). It is the adjective for youth categories in sport (categoría juvenil = under-18). Do not confuse with joven, which is both adjective and noun; juvenil is adjective only and tends to be more formal or institutional.
