Israelí is both adjective and noun (un israelí, an Israeli person) and follows the same form for masculine and feminine — only the article changes (el israelí, la israelí). The plural adds -es: israelíes. Distinguish from israelita, which carries a religious/biblical connotation rather than a national one.
