Irresponsable is invariable for gender: un comportamiento irresponsable, una decisión irresponsable. The plural adds -s: irresponsables. It can also function as a noun: es un irresponsable (he is an irresponsible person). Unlike descuidado (careless/sloppy), irresponsable implies a moral failure to accept accountability.
