Usage Note
Indeciso describes both a person who habitually struggles to make decisions (a trait, used with ser) and someone who has not yet decided in a specific situation (a state, used with estar). Estoy indeciso sobre qué pedir ('I'm undecided about what to order') vs. Es muy indeciso ('He's very indecisive by nature'). The noun is la indecisión.
