Usage Note
Inconscientemente describes an action performed without awareness or deliberate intent. It is the adverb of inconsciente (unconscious, unaware). Note that inconsciente spans both the neurological sense (physically unconscious) and the behavioural sense (acting without thinking); context normally clarifies which is meant.
