Iberoamericano encompasses Spain, Portugal, and all Latin American countries — a broader term than latinoamericano (which excludes Spain and Portugal) and hispanoamericano (which excludes Brazil). It is the term used in La Cumbre Iberoamericana, the heads-of-state summit. The feminine is iberoamericana.
