Usage Note
Hinchable is the standard Spanish term for inflatable objects such as a castillo hinchable (bouncy castle) or colchón hinchable (air mattress). It is invariable for gender. In Latin America inflable is more common for the same meaning.

Natural Translation
The children were playing in the bouncy castle.
