Also means
heroism
Usage Note
Heroicidad can refer to the abstract quality of heroism or to a specific heroic act (una heroicidad). It is feminine and forms its plural regularly. The more common word for a specific deed is hazaña, while heroísmo covers the general quality; heroicidad occupies both spaces but is more formal and less frequent than either. Learners sometimes confuse the adjective heroico with the noun héroe — the -idad suffix here attaches to the adjective stem.
Examples
"Su heroicidad salvó muchas vidas."
Natural Translation
His heroism saved many lives.
