Folclórico (also spelled folklórico) describes traditional popular culture—music, dance, costumes, or customs rooted in a community's heritage. In informal speech it can ironically describe something as 'quaint' or 'eccentric.' The noun folclore (folk culture) is the base form. Both spellings are accepted by the RAE.
