Expresamente indicates that something is done or stated in a clear, explicit, and deliberate manner — está expresamente prohibido (it is expressly forbidden). It is common in legal and formal texts. Unlike expresivamente (expressively, with expression), expresamente has nothing to do with artistic expression.
