roster
Usage Note
Elenco refers to the cast of a play, film, or TV show — the list of performers. It is also used in Latin America for any official roster or list, such as a sports squad (el elenco del equipo). The word is more common in Latin American Spanish than in Spain, where reparto is preferred for a film or theatre cast. Both are standard.
Examples
"El elenco de la obra es muy talentoso."
Natural Translation
The cast of the play is very talented.
