Editora can refer to a woman who works as an editor (editora jefe = editor-in-chief) or, as a noun phrase, to a publishing company (editorial is the more common term for the latter). The masculine form is editor. Do not confuse with redactora, who edits text at the word level rather than overseeing publications.
