Discriminatorio agrees in gender and number: política discriminatoria, actos discriminatorios. It is a formal, legal-register adjective; in everyday speech injusto (unfair) is more common. False friend alert: English 'discriminating' (showing good taste) does not translate as discriminatorio — use exigente or refinado instead.
