Descansado describes a person who is refreshed after rest, or a task/lifestyle that is easy and undemanding. Trabajo descansado means a cushy, low-effort job. It is the past participle of descansar used adjectivally. Contrast with cansado (tired), its near-antonym, which shares the same root.
