Delirio can refer to a medical fever-delirium ('delirio febril') or, more commonly in everyday speech, to an intense craze or frenzy ('un delirio de grandeza' = delusion of grandeur; 'fue un delirio' = it was total madness/chaos). The plural delirios often means 'ravings' or wild ideas. The adjective delirante means both 'delirious' and 'crazy/hilarious'.
