Consejera is the feminine form of consejero and refers to a female adviser, cabinet minister, or regional government councillor (in Spain's autonomous communities). Consejera delegada is the term for a female CEO. In regional politics, a consejera is equivalent to a minister in a devolved government (Consejería).
