Conformar has two main uses: transitive 'to constitute or make up' (los países que conforman la UE — 'the countries that make up the EU') and reflexive conformarse con meaning 'to be content/satisfied with' something (me conformo con poco — 'I'm happy with little'). The adjective is conforme ('in agreement').
