Usage Note
Complejidad is an abstract noun derived from complejo (complex). It is used in academic, technical, and everyday speech to describe the quality of being difficult to understand or having many interacting parts. The plural complejidades is common in analytical writing. Note the j in -jidad is a strong /h/ sound, as in hijo.
