Comité ends in a stressed -é, so it carries a written accent, and its plural is comités. The word is masculine and keeps its accent in all forms. It often appears in institutional names: comité de empresa (works council), comité olímpico. The RAE accepts it as fully naturalised, unlike meeting or other unadapted borrowings.
