Clónico is primarily a medical term describing the rapid, repetitive muscle contractions of a espasmo clónico (clonic spasm), as opposed to a tonic one. Outside medicine it can describe something that is an exact copy or clone of something else, though clónico in that sense is rarer than the noun clon. Note the written accent on the first syllable, placing stress there rather than on the penultimate.
