Cerámico is the adjective form meaning 'made of or relating to ceramics'. The noun is la cerámica (ceramics / a ceramic piece). Do not use cerámico as a standalone noun — say una pieza cerámica or la cerámica. Spanish cerámica covers both fine pottery and industrial tile.
