Caer is irregular: yo caigo in the present, caí/cayó in the preterite. The reflexive caerse emphasises an accidental fall: me caí ('I fell down'). Idiomatically, caer bien/mal means to make a good/bad impression on someone: me cae bien ('I like him/her').
