Also means
deferred
Usage Note
Aplazado is the past participle of aplazar ('to postpone') used as an adjective, common in administrative, academic, and sporting contexts. In Spain, a student who has not passed an exam is sometimes informally said to be aplazado, and a deferred payment is pago aplazado. It contrasts with cancelado ('cancelled') — aplazado implies the event will eventually happen, just later.
Examples
"El partido quedó aplazado por la lluvia."
Natural Translation
The match was postponed because of the rain.
