Afiliada is the feminine form of afiliado and can refer to a female member of an organization, or to an affiliated company or entity (used as a noun in corporate and media contexts). As an adjective it agrees in gender: una empresa afiliada ('an affiliated company'). The masculine counterpart afiliado is also common in trade-union contexts to mean 'union member'.
