Volcar means to tip, overturn, or capsize something, and reflexively (volcarse) it means to throw oneself into something wholeheartedly. The stem-change (o→ue) applies in present tense: vuelco, vuelcas, etc. The spelling change c→qu before e gives forms like volqué.
