Sucio describes physical dirtiness but also moral or figurative 'dirtiness' — dinero sucio (dirty money), juego sucio (foul play). The opposite is limpio (clean). Note that sucio follows the noun or stands predicatively in most uses; placing it before the noun adds a more emphatic, emotive quality.
