Stradivarius (also Stradivari) refers to a violin, viola, or cello made by Antonio Stradivari or his workshop; fewer than 650 are thought to survive and they are among the most valuable instruments in the world. In Spanish informal use, calling something un Stradivarius can mean any priceless, irreplaceable item.
