Partidista describes something or someone that favours a particular political party or faction at the expense of impartiality. It is typically pejorative: una decisión partidista is a biased, party-driven decision. The word is invariable for gender — un enfoque partidista / una visión partidista — and should not be confused with partidario, which simply means 'supporter of'.
