Organizado is the past participle of organizar used as an adjective (una persona muy organizada). It agrees in gender and number: organizado / organizada / organizados / organizadas. In a compound tense it follows haber and is invariable, but as a predicate adjective it must agree. A related useful noun is organización, and a common collocation is crimen organizado ('organised crime').
