Gráfico as an adjective means visually striking or relating to graphics (diseño gráfico); as a noun (el gráfico) it means a chart or graph. The feminine noun la gráfica is also used for a graph in many Latin American countries. A 'graphic designer' is a diseñador gráfico, a very common professional title in Spanish.
