Usage Note

Glandular is a medical and biological adjective describing anything relating to glands (tejido glandular = glandular tissue). It does not change form for gender (fiebre glandular / sistema glandular), only for number: glandulares. The 'mononucleosis' illness is often called fiebre glandular in Spanish-language medical contexts.
