Facturación has two very different everyday senses: invoicing or turnover in commerce (facturación anual — annual revenue) and airport or hotel check-in (mostrador de facturación — check-in desk). The verb is facturar; the noun factura is the individual invoice. Learners must know both senses as they arise in entirely different contexts.
