Disminuido is the past participle of disminuir used as an adjective. In a neutral sense it means 'reduced' or 'diminished' (capacidad disminuida, 'reduced capacity'). As a noun, discapacitado/a is now preferred in formal Spanish over older terms. The feminine form is disminuida.
