Delegada is the feminine form of delegado, used for a female delegate or representative in unions, schools, or official bodies. In school contexts delegado/delegada de clase is the class representative. The masculine delegado also functions as a gender-neutral term in formal writing, though delegada is preferred when referring to a woman.
