corporativo
corporate
adjective kohr-poh-rah-TEE-boh Rare
Origin: From Latin corporativus, from corpus ('body').
Usage Note
Corporativo describes anything relating to a corporation or collective body: cultura corporativa ('corporate culture'), imagen corporativa ('corporate image'). In Spanish administrative law it also applies to professional bodies (colegios corporativos). The feminine form is corporativa; it should not be confused with the English false-friend nuance — in Spanish it has no pejorative flavour by default.
Examples
"La empresa renovó su identidad corporativa este año."
Natural Translation
The company renewed its corporate identity this year.
