Cobro is the act or process of collecting a payment owed, from cobrar ('to charge/collect'). Cobro revertido is a reverse-charge phone call (collect call in American English). In finance, a gestión de cobro is debt-collection activity. Do not confuse with cobra (the snake), which is unrelated.
